What does Transformio do?
Transformio helps businesses adopt AI so that it makes everyday work easier for their people. We work with businesses that need to get started with AI but do not know how, and with those whose early attempts did not deliver the expected results. Instead of a one-off training course or a tool purchase, we offer a path built on four pillars: understand, start, build, sustain. We build smaller pilots ourselves; large deployments we manage through technology partners as your independent guarantor.
How do we start with AI in our company when we don't know where?
At Transformio, we first assess where your company stands with AI, then choose the tools. AI Reality Check is a free online tool that helps you see where to start. The first paid step is AI diagnostics with a fixed scope. We review your processes using your company's data and rank opportunities by what makes sense to do first.
How much does introducing AI in a company cost?
The cost of introducing AI in a company depends on the scope. We price training and consulting based on team size and the work involved, and you receive a quote upfront. The company second brain starts at €2,900 for setup and from €590/mo for operation. You can find the AI assistant's price on its product page.
How is Transformio different from a regular AI training?
Transformio does not stop at training: we also help you adopt AI and use it in everyday work. Training is only the beginning. The value comes mainly from putting solutions into practice and using them long term, when AI works with your company's data. Alongside training, we offer consulting, an adoption programme and our own solutions, such as a company second brain.
What is a company second brain?
A company second brain is a company knowledge base that AI uses to answer people's questions in everyday language. Answers come from company materials, and the knowledge base runs on a server in the EU dedicated to your company. At Transformio, we handle setup and operation for a monthly fee, so you do not need your own IT team. An AI assistant can be added on top of the knowledge base as a separate module.
