What AI-first means
AI is not an add-on at the edge of the company – it is part of everyday work, from preparing materials to making decisions. It does not mean “AI everywhere”: it means honestly asking, for every process, whether AI would do it better. And being able to say no – not every process in a company is worth solving with AI.
What it looks like at our place
We run our own company exactly this way. Some of our teammates are AI assistants – James keeps the communication moving, Tanner runs the technical backbone – and they work under human oversight, with clearly defined authority. This website is built and operated with AI too. You can read more on the About us page.
How we bring it to clients
The same approach underpins our guided journey: first understand where AI genuinely helps you, then teach people to work with it, build the solutions – and sustain the habit after the initial excitement fades. Not everything at once: step by step, at a pace that fits your team.
You can start small
You do not have to rebuild the company from the ground up. A ten-minute AI Reality Check, a first training session on your own examples, or one recurring task handed over to AI is enough to begin.
