Sign-in with Google or a one-time email code – no new passwords. Documents, procedures, and decisions get one place, with search and version history. We connect AI through an open standard – you can swap Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini any time. Typically about a week, depending on company size.

We train you
Training and a detailed, ready-made method for filling the base as you work – not afterwards, when the important part may already be forgotten. In the first weeks it will need you to decide what belongs in the base and what doesn’t; no system lives without that, ours included.

You put what your company knows into the base; everyone sees only what they’re permitted to. We look after operations – the server, backups, monitoring, and updates are covered by the plan.

When you’re ready, you add the extensions: the Advisor starts answering your team from company knowledge and sending morning briefings, and the Administrator prepares meeting materials, an analysis, or a document draft on request – and hands you the result for approval. We back it up daily and once a month we genuinely test-restore that backup – and we will show you the result on request. If you ever want to leave, your contract guarantees a complete export within 30 days. With a foreign service you share an environment with thousands of companies and someone else sets the rules. Here the environment is yours alone and the data stays yours.

The knowledge map costs €790 (21 or more people: €990). If you go ahead within 60 days, we take the full amount off the price of your onboarding & setup – the map is its first step, so you only pay for it once.

We onboard companies gradually and keep the programme deliberately small. Early companies work directly with the people building the second brain – and have a say in where it goes next. We’ll shape the terms of your start together, and measure the payback on your numbers.
AI accounts (Claude/ChatGPT) are your own – we don’t mark them up, and you can change providers any time.
Your data stays yours
A server in an EU data center dedicated solely to you – your data never shares an environment with other companies.
Your data is encrypted – at rest on the server, in transit, and in backups.
Daily backups outside your server – encrypted and stored on two geographically separate servers; we test restoring from them every month.
Access to the system is logged; we will provide the log on request.
If you decide to leave, we hand over a complete export (documents, attachments, and database) within 30 days – we commit to it in the contract.

Frequently asked questions
Is this "a company ChatGPT on our own data"? +
Functionally it’s similar. We connect your existing company Claude or ChatGPT account to a knowledge base with your data, running on your own EU server – so it isn’t a private edition of the ChatGPT product. We use an open standard, not a proprietary integration, so you can swap the AI tool without migrating the base.
We already use Notion/SharePoint/Confluence. Why switch? +
You don’t have to, right away. The difference is that we deploy, manage, and connect the system to AI – and if you decide to migrate your existing content, we move it over for you.
Who owns the data? +
The data is yours. The server and the hosting account are held by Transformio – we order, pay for and manage it – but it is reserved exclusively for your instance; we run no other client’s instance on it. You get an export any time, and your contract includes an exit clause: if we ever part ways, we hand over your complete data within 30 days.
What exactly can the AI see? +
Exactly what a logged-in person with those permissions can see – nothing more. Access rights are enforced directly on the server.
Which AI do we need? +
Your company’s own Claude or ChatGPT accounts (a basic subscription is enough). We set up the connection; you can switch the AI any time – we use an open standard, not a proprietary integration.
How long does deployment take? +
Technical deployment and environment setup typically take about a week, depending on company size. Full onboarding – training, the method, and the first weeks of deciding what belongs in the base – is roughly a month. The real value comes from structure and habits, not the installation itself.
What if something stops working? +

What will we see before deciding? +
A live demo on sample data and prices right here on the site. For approval, you’ll get a quote with the exact monthly fee and onboarding & setup price, a contract guaranteeing a complete export within 30 days if you leave, and a list of everything covered by the plan.
What counts as a team member? +
Active invited accounts – the people you have given access to the knowledge base. It doesn’t matter how many employees you have or what their contracts look like: you pay for the accounts you set up, not for headcount. The number is reviewed once a year at your contract anniversary; growing during the year doesn’t change your price.
What’s included in the price of moving documents over? +
We move the content over from your source (for example Google Drive, SharePoint, or a Notion export), sort it into the agreed structure, and check a sample together. We agree the exact scope and the price based on what is actually being moved – we look at the sources first. Scans and larger volumes are quoted after a review.
How much of this can actually be measured? +
The calculator in the guide is indicative – it works from your own inputs, not from a promise of ours. Before we start, we agree on one main metric together (usually time to find an answer), measure it before deployment and after, and you get the result in black and white.
