Our Team
There are two of us running the company, each with more than 25 years spent in multinational corporations and in businesses of our own. Our approach to AI is as hands-on as our approach to business – we built our own company on it, and some of our teammates today are AI assistants.
Braňo Šmidt
Co-founder & CEO
Responsible for Transformio's strategy and business development. He works hands-on with clients: leading strategic and transformation projects, training owners, managers, and teams, and helping them grasp AI practically – without the hype and tied to business priorities. He regularly appears in the media and at conferences, busting myths about AI. He approaches business transformation as someone who has actually done it inside companies and is going through it in his own – which is why he doesn't promise companies it will happen on its own, or be easy.

Responsible for business operations, marketing, and the AI infrastructure Transformio runs on – the company second brain, AI agents, and automations. He bridges two worlds: he came to AI from marketing and PR, backed by a strong IT and telco background. Today that is part of why he builds and runs the systems that do the company's daily work. That lets him translate a business need into a working solution – and technology into language a business owner understands. Our rule is simple: what we build for clients runs on our side first.

One colleague on the surface, a sophisticated multi-agent system underneath: he monitors the infrastructure, guards the backups and resolves routine failures before anyone even notices – independently, within authority we define.
Behind both of them stands disciplined AI engineering: agents with memory, clearly defined authority and human oversight of decisions. It's the same approach we use to build the AI assistant for clients.
