What we process, in short
- Inquiries (contact form, AI inquiry form, email): name, company, email, optionally phone and the text of your message – so that we can respond. Inquiries reach us by email; if delivery fails, the form data is temporarily stored on our server in the EU so nothing is lost. If a business relationship develops, contact details are kept in our CRM.
- AI inquiry form: the text you submit is processed by Anthropic (Claude API) already when you click the analyze button, before you enter any contact details. The summary and recommendation shown to you is AI-generated output and is labelled as such; a human on our team always makes the actual decisions about your inquiry. Anthropic does not use commercial API data for model training (we have not opted in) and deletes inputs typically within 30 days.
- Newsletter: your email address, based on your consent. To be able to demonstrate your consent, we also store the time of sign-up, the IP address and the version of the consent text (we are legally required to keep this record for 4 years after you unsubscribe). You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Analytics: Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager loads only if you allow it in the cookie banner. Essential technologies (cookie-choice storage, theme preference in localStorage) work without consent; the server keeps short-lived operational logs.
- Suppliers: we use ordinary service providers (server, email, newsletter tool, CRM, cookie banner, analytics), selected to meet GDPR requirements and bound by data processing agreements or equivalent safeguards. The only AI service we send your message text to is Claude by Anthropic. Some providers process data outside the EU/EEA – mainly in the USA (for example Anthropic), possibly in other third countries; such transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or a European Commission adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework), depending on the provider. We will send you the list of specific providers and a copy of the safeguards on request.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, restrict or object to processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@transformio.ai – we respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovak data protection authority (dataprotection.gov.sk).
