The AI assistant is a product under active development – the technology it’s built on matures every month. That’s why we don’t treat the first companies as regular customers, but as development partners: we deploy together, and your feedback directly shapes where the product goes. That’s reflected in significantly better terms. Some things are still being fine-tuned during the program – which is exactly why we take on a limited number of companies, and support is more hands-on during this period. And when it’s working well for you, we’ll ask you for a reference.
And one thing holds regardless of how fast the product develops: the knowledge base you build is your permanent asset. The tools will change – the knowledge you’ve honestly documented stays with you.

The best assistant is one you can trust. That’s why the AI assistant has rules that can’t be talked around, not even with a clever prompt: at most, a single reply can be talked into a mistake – never the system itself. That’s not a promise – it’s a property we’ve verified.
It never acts on its own – a person always has the final word.
It doesn’t delete your data and doesn’t send anything outside the company without approval.
Passwords and access credentials are automatically redacted before they could ever leave the building.
Everything it does is logged – and the log can’t be turned off.

Do I need Company Second Brain first? +
Yes. The AI assistant works with your company’s memory – and that’s the second brain. Without it, it would just be guessing, like any other chatbot. If you don’t have the second brain yet, we start there; the two can be combined into a single deployment.
What if it gives bad advice? +
It can happen – the assistant is only as good as the knowledge it draws on. That’s why it never does anything important without a person’s approval, and why we also take care of keeping your knowledge base in order during deployment. We won’t promise you infallibility – nobody can deliver that.
Who approves it on our end? +
Whoever you choose – the owner, a managing director, a team lead. You approve the proposal, and the assistant gets to work.
What can I configure myself? +
Everything around how you operate: when briefings go out, to whom, how much can be spent per month, what tone the assistant uses. We tune its rules and personality ourselves, using a proven process, so you can be confident that a change won’t break anything.
Can it search the internet too? +
If you turn it on. It’s useful – it looks up current information and compares it with what the company already knows – but the conversation content leaves your server when it does. That’s why it’s a conscious choice you make, not a default setting. And everything that goes out can be traced back afterward.

The assistant uses your own account – you pay the provider directly, with no markup from us. We set the caps and monitor usage: it will never spend more than you’ve set.
