AI Fundamentals
Entry-level AI training built on examples from your own work
- Duration
- 3–4 hours core, a full day with modules
- Minimum group size
- 8 people (fewer by agreement)
- Format
- On-site or online
Training after which people don’t go back to the old way.
Practical, hands-on AI training for the whole team: a fixed core block plus modules you choose based on what you need. Every session leaves people with a working manual and access to our AI Toolbox, not just a slide deck.
The internet is full of generic “introductions to AI” that leave nothing behind a week later. We teach on your own examples, let you add modules that fit your company, and send people home with a manual and tools they actually use.
Sound familiar?
- People sat through AI training, but a week later they’re back to working the old way – the excitement wore off, and no habit stuck.
- You need a specific topic on top of the basics – one team needs Copilot, another needs Claude – and you don’t want one generic course for everyone.
- You don’t know whether your people meet the basic AI literacy requirement under the EU AI Act.
Corporate AI training for employees built around examples from your own work – ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, prompting. Every team leaves with a working manual and access to our AI Toolbox, not just a slide deck.
What you get
- Practical training built for your company – real examples from your own environment, not generic slides.
- A working manual plus access to the AI Toolbox – concrete methods, prompts, and tools for your roles; the habit sticks because there’s somewhere to come back to.
- A mini-diagnostic of readiness – where the team stands and what the next step is (a link to the full diagnostic).
- A basic AI literacy certificate (module) – written proof of completing training toward the basic AI literacy requirements under the EU AI Act. This isn’t a legal audit or a guarantee of company-wide compliance.
Build your training
Every team gets the same core block – it is one unit of 3–4 hours, not a menu to pick from. On top of it you add up to two additional modules for a surcharge, depending on what your company builds on.
Core – included in every session
AI Fundamentals – the core block
3–4 hoursAI basics for business
What AI can and can’t do, where it genuinely helps, how to start safely. For teams just getting going.
Prompting
How to get usable output from AI. Two levels: an introduction to prompting and advanced prompt engineering.
AI Toolbox in practice
Working with our Toolbox: a guide to and recommendations for AI tools across 8 business areas, a prompt library, and a helper that recommends a tool based on a short questionnaire. The team keeps access to it after training too.
Add-on modules – pick up to 2
Hands-on introduction to Claude
How the team works with Claude in practice (projects, working with documents, everyday tasks). For companies building on Claude.
Microsoft Copilot
For companies on Microsoft 365; how to get the most out of Copilot in everyday work.
Hands-on introduction to vibe coding
A taste: what vibe coding is and how even a non-technical person can put together a simple tool. The deeper program is Builder Lab.
AI Act literacy and certificate
Basic AI literacy under the EU AI Act plus written proof of completion for participants. This isn’t a legal audit or a guarantee of company-wide compliance.
Your set
How it works
- Alignment and choice of modules – goals, roles, participant level, and which additional modules make sense.
- Tailored preparation – examples and use cases from your environment for the core block and the chosen modules.
- Training – hands-on and practical, no dry slides.
- Manual, Toolbox, and mini-diagnostic – what the team takes away and where it leads next.
Packages
- Fundamentals Core – the core block on its own: AI basics, prompting, and the AI Toolbox in practice as one unit of 3–4 hours, with a manual and access to the Toolbox.
- Fundamentals plus specialization – the core block plus one or two additional modules, depending on what your company builds on. Usually a full day.
The participant level and the group size affect the scope.
Scope
What’s included: the whole core block (AI basics, prompting, and the AI Toolbox in practice), a working manual, and access to the AI Toolbox; additional modules (Claude, Copilot, vibe coding, AI Act and certificate) are a surcharge.
The manual and materials stay with your team after training. We handle any examples and materials you provide for preparation confidentially and don’t use them outside your company.
Proven in practice
“We needed an AI workshop that would not be just about theory, but would genuinely help our regional managers use AI more in practice. Transformio delivered a comprehensive approach – from diagnosing needs, through intensive hands-on training, to their own interactive platform and real-time creation of tools that our people can continue to use even after the workshop. …”

“Transformio helped us grasp AI in a practical way across the company – from a basic understanding to more advanced work with Microsoft Copilot. We appreciate that the training sessions were not generic: we worked with real situations and typical tasks from our environment, so our colleagues took away concrete techniques they could apply immediately. …”

Next step
Training isn’t the goal, it’s the first step. That’s why we don’t end it with a presentation, but with a manual, tools, and a clear next step.
Build your training above and send it to us – we’ll come back with a proposed program and a price. Or book an initial consultation and we’ll go through it together.
