  • Fundamentals plus specialization – the core block plus one or two additional modules, depending on what your company builds on. Usually a full day.

Scope

The manual and materials stay with your team after training. We handle any examples and materials you provide for preparation confidentially and don’t use them outside your company.

FAQ

Can we pick a specific topic, or is it one fixed course?
The core block is fixed – every team gets AI basics, prompting, and the AI Toolbox in practice, because the rest does not hold without them. What you do choose are the additional modules: up to two (Claude, Copilot, vibe coding, AI Act and certificate), for a surcharge.
What is the AI Toolbox, and do we really get it?
It’s our guide to AI tools: descriptions and recommendations across 8 business areas, a prompt library, and a helper that recommends a suitable tool based on a short questionnaire. Training participants get access to it – it works as a living manual.
How is this different from a typical introductory course?
We run it on your own examples, with a manual, a Toolbox, and a mini-diagnostic – not a one-off lecture, but the first step of a path.
Is this for non-technical people too?
Yes, it’s aimed primarily at regular employees and managers.
Does this cover the EU AI Act?
With the AI Act literacy and certificate module, we cover basic AI literacy and issue proof of completion. Full company-wide AI Act compliance is a broader topic – we can point you in the right direction, but we don’t run a legal audit.
How many people, and in what format?
Group training for a team, on-site or online. Minimum attendance for this type of training is 8 people; fewer by mutual agreement.
What comes after the training?
The mini-diagnostic shows the next step – typically depth for a specific team (AI for departments and teams), Builder Lab, or the full diagnostic.
Why can’t we just take the prompting part?
Because prompting alone – without the context of what AI can and can’t do, and without the tools the team actually has – fades within a few weeks. That’s why the core block is one unit; it’s the part that actually changes how people work.
Can this be funded through grants?
Some corporate training programs can be co-funded through grant schemes – we can point you in the right direction, but we don’t guarantee or arrange grants on your behalf.
