AI for departments and teams

Advanced work with AI for specific teams and departments

Minimum group size
8 people (fewer by mutual agreement)
Format
Modular by function, on-site or online

Advanced work with AI for the whole team, and expert depth for a specific function.

Every team gets the same advanced core, then picks the expert depth for its function. One course for everyone fits no one – management, sales and marketing need different things from AI. And if you need a program aimed at one specific topic, say finance and controlling, we’ll prepare a separate proposal. Every program ends in a playbook that keeps getting used after training ends.

Sound familiar?

  • Your departments need to use AI specifically in their own work, not another general introduction.
  • You’ve done the basic training, but management, sales and marketing need different things – and one course for everyone doesn’t fit.
  • You want depth, not a surface-level overview – the team already knows the basics and needs to go further in its own topic.
  • You want AI to genuinely speed up the team’s work, not stay at “we tried ChatGPT.”
An advanced AI core for the whole team plus expert modules by function – management, processes, sales, and marketing – with every program ending in a playbook for the team's real work.

What you get

  • An expert program built for the function – the role’s real workflow, not a general introduction.
  • A playbook for the role – concrete methods, prompts, and tools for the team’s recurring tasks, so the habit sticks.
  • A Copilot / vendor module (optional) – if you use Microsoft 365 Copilot or another tool, we include it; we’re not tied to one platform.
  • A link to practice – the program surfaces concrete deployment opportunities (a bridge to our solutions).

Build your program

The advanced core is the same for every team – it takes people past everyday prompting to how AI works with company data and tools. On top of it you pick up to two expert modules by function. We’ll prepare an exact offer based on your selection.

Core – included in every session

Advanced core for teams

Advanced work with AI

How to get a reliable result out of AI on demanding work: context, projects, long documents, and checking output quality.

RAG basics and Gemini Notebook

How AI answers over your documents instead of the internet – hands-on in Gemini Notebook (formerly NotebookLM), limits included.

Data sources for AI

Which company data is worth opening up to AI, in what shape, and what to tidy first. Why data quality decides more than the model does.

A first look at MCP servers

How AI reaches the tools your company actually uses – CRM, drive, calendar and internal systems – and what to watch with access rights.

Agentic use of AI

When AI stops doing a single step and chains them to finish a task. Where it makes sense and how to try it without risk. It continues into Assistants and automations.

Add-on modules – pick up to 2

AI for management and productivity

Decision-making, running things, and working with documents using AI – from preparing materials to summaries for meetings.

Process automation

You map a recurring process from your own operation and leave with an automation proposal you can defend to your leadership.

Advanced and agentic use of Claude

The same thing specifically in Claude and in depth: projects, agents, connecting tools, and automated workflows for the team.

Building internal apps and tools with vibe coding

How teams build their own internal tools and mini-apps; continues from the introduction in AI Fundamentals.

EU AI Act and responsible AI

An expert module on the rules, risks, and safe use of AI in a company – what the AI Act requires and what it means in practice.

Specialized modules run with expert partners

AI for sales teams

With an expert partner

An in-depth program for sales teams: working the pipeline, qualifying opportunities, market research, and AI in everyday selling.

AI for marketing

With an expert partner

Content, campaigns, market research, and brand work supported by AI – from the idea through delivery to measuring results.

These two modules are delivered together with expert partners in the field – they are led by someone who works in it every day.

How it works

  1. Analyzing roles and choosing modules – which functions, what tasks, what level, which expert modules go on top of the core.
  2. Building the program – expert tracks tailored to each function.
  3. Delivery – team by team or function by function, hands-on with real tasks.
  4. Playbooks and next step – what teams take away and where it leads.

Packages

  • Advanced core – the shared core on its own: advanced work with AI, RAG, data sources, MCP, and agentic use, with a playbook.
  • Core plus specialization – the core plus one or two expert modules by function (management, processes, Claude, internal tools, AI Act, sales teams, marketing).

Depth, the number of teams, and group size all shape the program and its scope. We’ll prepare an exact offer based on your selection.

Proven in practice

“In a sales agency, we focus on functional processes, not theory. Transformio delivered a 4-hour hands-on AI training where we worked directly with our own data and real sales use cases. …”

FAQ

Can we pick a specific expert topic?
Yes – on top of the advanced core you pick an expert module by function (management, processes, Claude, internal tools, AI Act, sales teams, marketing). Several functions can be aligned into one program. Each track is aimed at a function, its tasks, and its use cases – it isn’t a specialized deep-dive course on a single narrow topic. For a custom course focused on one specific topic, we’ll put together a separate offer.
Which roles and topics do you cover?
Management and productivity, process automation, advanced work with Claude, building internal tools with vibe coding, the EU AI Act and responsible AI, and with expert partners also sales and marketing; other expert topics by agreement.
How is this different from AI Fundamentals?
AI Fundamentals is the entry point: AI basics, prompting, and the Toolbox. Here the team goes further – into how AI works with company documents, data, and tools, and then into the depth of its own function. We assume the foundation is already there.
Who runs the sales and marketing modules?
We deliver them together with expert partners in the field – they are led by someone who works in it every day. We run the remaining modules ourselves.
Does this include Microsoft Copilot?
Yes, as an optional module if you use it – we’re not tied to one platform.
Do people need to have completed basic training first?
We recommend it (ideally Fundamentals) – but we can adapt the program to a mixed group of levels too.
Is this run team by team, or all at once?
Depending on your capacity – one function at a time, or several teams in parallel.
How many people is the program for, and is there a minimum?
Minimum attendance for this type of training is 8 people; fewer by mutual agreement. For a multi-function program, we count attendance by team or function.
What exactly is the playbook?
A concrete document for that role – proven methods, prompts, and tools for the team’s recurring tasks, so the knowledge doesn’t disappear once training ends.
What comes next?
Builder Lab (building your own solutions), concrete deployments, or an adoption program.

Next step

The goal isn’t for people to know AI – it’s for them to actually use it in their work. That’s why we go function by function, in depth, with a playbook.

Let’s book an initial consultation and pick the right tracks for your departments together. If the team is ready to start building its own tools afterward, take a look at Builder Lab.
