AI leaders and ambassadors

Leaders drive adoption, ambassadors spread it through teams

Format
A structured train-the-trainer program with hands-on practice and certification

So someone inside the company keeps driving AI forward – even after we’ve left.

We train and certify your internal AI leaders and ambassadors so your company can push AI forward under its own steam, not forever through an outside firm.

The most sustainable AI transformation is the one a company ends up running itself. This program turns your own people into AI leaders and ambassadors who drive change inside their teams and keep it going after our active involvement ends.

Sound familiar?

  • AI in your company stands or falls on a handful of enthusiasts – when they leave, or get pulled into regular work, the whole thing collapses.
  • You want to be independent with AI, not pay an outside firm forever for every next step.
  • You have people with the potential to lead AI change, but no one has taught them how, or given them the mandate and the room to do it.
  • You’ve gotten adoption going, but it lacks an internal engine to keep it running and growing once the first burst of energy fades.
We train and certify your internal AI leaders and ambassadors so your company can drive its AI transformation under its own steam, not forever through an outside firm.

What you get

  • Trained internal AI leaders and ambassadors – specific people who know how to lead AI change in their teams and help colleagues.
  • Certification – a demonstrable level and mandate for internal leaders, inside the company and outward as well.
  • Methodology and train-the-trainer materials – so leaders can keep teaching and leading on their own, not stay dependent on us.
  • An established internal AI community – a rhythm where leaders meet, share, and develop even after the program ends.

This program makes sense once AI is already running in the company and you want your own people to keep driving it forward, not an outside firm. If you’re still getting adoption going, start with the Adoption program; if you want our team to keep driving the work long-term instead of you, take a look at Your AI team.

How it works

  1. Selecting and nominating leaders – together with leadership and HR, we identify people with natural influence and drive, not necessarily the most technical ones.
  2. Expert preparation – deep AI skills plus how to lead change, teach colleagues, and remove obstacles within a team.
  3. Practice and certification – leaders run real AI activities in their teams under our mentoring; certification follows at the end.
  4. Setting up the internal community – a meeting rhythm, sharing, and a way for the company to continue on its own.

Packages

  • Ambassador program – training and certifying ambassadors across teams; breadth across the company.
  • AI leaders program – deeper, for people who will lead AI strategy and development at the company.
  • Link to adoption or a long-term partnership – ambassadors from the Adoption program move smoothly into this one; or leaders operate alongside our ongoing partnership.

The number of people, the depth, and the length of the program determine its scope – we’ll design the exact shape based on your situation.

Scope

The program is structured over several months, so there’s time for real practice, not just theory. From you, we need nominated people (agreed with leadership and HR) and, most importantly, the space and time for them to lead real AI activities in their teams during the program.

The methodology and train-the-trainer materials stay with your company – leaders keep teaching with them even without us. We agree the exact form of certification when putting the program together.

FAQ

How is this different from the Adoption program?
The Adoption program gets AI usage going across teams – we drive it and the ambassadors help. This program builds internal leaders so the company can drive it on its own. They work well together: adoption gets things moving, leaders keep them going.
Who should we nominate?
People with natural influence in the team and the drive to push things forward, not necessarily the most technical ones. Colleagues’ trust and willingness to lead matter more than titles.
What does the certification actually mean?
A demonstrable level and mandate – inside the company (people know who to turn to) and outward (the leader has something to show for what they know). We adapt the form of certification to how you want to use it.
Does this remove the need for an external partner?
It can – the goal is independence. Some companies want both: their own leaders and us as a sparring partner for harder problems. It’s not either-or.
How many people, and how long?
Depends on company size and ambition; the program is structured over several months so there’s time for practice, not just theory.
What if a trained ambassador leaves the company?
That’s why we build several, and set up an internal community and materials – so the know-how doesn’t rest on one person, and the company doesn’t lose it when someone leaves.
What happens after the program?
The internal community keeps running on its own; optionally we connect it to occasional mentoring or a long-term partnership if needed.
Do you guarantee the company will become self-sufficient?
We guarantee the program, the leaders’ preparation, and the mandate. Self-sufficiency also depends on whether the company genuinely gives leaders the room and time – we’ll tell you directly what that requires from you for it to work.

Next step

Outside help gets AI moving fast. But a company that grows its own leaders keeps it going even after the lights go out on the project. That’s the difference between a one-off push and lasting change.

Let’s book an initial consultation – we’ll go through your situation and tell you whether, and in what form, an AI leaders program makes sense for you.
